About WorldShare Circulation

Overview

WorldShare Circulation allows you to manage the requesting, loaning, and processing of library materials, as well as patron accounts, room scheduling, and reservations. 

Within the WorldShare interface, navigate to Circulation. 

1. Search for patrons by barcode or by patron record details.
2. Check in materials.
3. Search for items and work with item records.
4. Create label templates and print labels.
5. Access reports used to manage holds.
6. Manage rooms in your library and make reservations for patrons.
