WorldShare Reports for Tipasa

Interlibrary Loan Reports

To access the available Interlibrary Loan reports, log into WorldShare and navigate to Analytics > Reports > Reports / Visualizations and search or browse for the report name.

Users can run the following reports:

• Document Delivery Activity Overview
• Document Delivery Request Detail

Document delivery data is available from the first time your library used the document delivery functionality in Tipasa through the end of the previous calendar month. Going forward, OCLC plans to deliver data by the fourth day of the month (U.S. Eastern Time). For example, June 2017 data should be available by July 3, 2017. 

Patron Data Reports

As a Tipasa library, you have access to certain Patron Data Reports.  To access the available reports, log into WorldShare and navigate to Analytics > Reports > Reports / Visualizations and search or browse for the report name.

Users can run the following reports:

• Patron Counts Summary: Use this report to verify a patron load or analyze the registered borrowers' distribution by category.
• Patron Information Detail: Use this report for data cleanup (e.g. finding patrons with missing borrower category or home branch), projects, and troubleshooting.

To access the available Interlibrary Loan reports, log into WorldShare and navigate to Analytics > Reports > Reports > Interlibrary Loan Reports.

Users can run the following reports:

• Document Delivery Activity Overview
• Document Delivery Request Detail
• Document Delivery Request Statistics

• Circulation Data Last Refreshed: Use this report to see when the circulation data was last updated.
• Patron Counts Summary Report: Use this report to verify a patron load or to analyze the distribution of registered borrowers by category.
• Patron Information Detail Report: Use this report for data cleanup (e.g. finding patrons with missing borrower category or home branch), projects, and troubleshooting.
