Select fields and field groups to include in a constant data record
Discover how to select fields and field groups to include in a bibliographic constant data record in WorldShare Record Manager.
You can set defaults for which fields and field groups will be included in a bibliographic constant data record.
- In the left navigation, click User Preferences.
- From the User Preferences screen, click Working with Records.
- For Fields for New Constant Data Records, expand the Hide Fields list.
- Select the fields and field groups you want to include in the record.
- Click Save. The fields and field groups will be applied to all future constant data records.
