Find out how to access and use the Status List (online bibliographic save file) window in Connexion client.

Purpose of the Status List window

View a list of statuses showing the total number of records in the online bibliographic save file that have each status.
Select statuses to retrieve records with those statuses.

Access the Status List window

Navigate to Cataloging > Show > By Online Save File Status or press <Ctrl><O>.
Select checkboxes to select records with the statuses you want to retrieve.
Click Show Records.

Status List window: Features and buttons

Feature	How to use
Action Status list and check boxes	For one or more of the following action statuses ... Delete Holdings Export Label Produce Update Holdings Validate ... select one of the following check boxes: Completed Failed Click checkboxes to select records with action statuses you want to retrieve.
Workflow Status list with check boxes	Select one or more of the following statuses: Completed In Process In Review New View the total number of records (shown in parentheses) for each workflow status.
Source Status list with check boxes	Select one or more of the following statuses: Derived Extracted Imported OCLC Workform View the total number of records (shown in parentheses) for each source status.
Lock Status check box	Select the check box for WorldCat Record Locked status. View the total number (shown in parentheses) of WorldCat records locked.
Review Status check box	Select the check box for Submitted status. View the total number (shown in parentheses) of records your library submitted for review.

Button name	Click the button to...
Check All	Select all check boxes.
Clear All	Deselect all check boxes.
Show Records	Open a list of all records that have the statuses you selected.
Cancel	Cancel showing records and close the window.
