Recalled Items

Overview
The Recalled Items report lists all items currently recalled in WMS circulation. A top-level KPI provides a quick statistic of the item count. You can use this report to follow up on recalled items not yet returned.

Recalled Items slicer, visual, and columns

Report slicer
The Lost or Missing Items report has an Item Material Format slicer that can be applied to the table. By default, the slicer is set to All.
Select one or more of the available values to update the report visual. The available values will depend on your institution's holdings.

| Visual | Description |

| Recalled Item Count | A count of the recalled items in your collection. This count will if you apply one or more values using the Item Material Format slicer. |
Report columns
Click a column name to change the column sort.
- The first click sorts the column in ascending order.
- The second click sorts the column in descending order.
- The third click restores the column to its original order.
