Circulation Events Detail

Overview
The Circulation Events Detail lists the circulation event transactions within a specified date range. By default, this report displays data for all circulation event types for the last 30 days. This report can analyze detailed circulation transactions by date, loan policy, call number, material format, or borrower category.
Report details
- Dataset: Circulation Events
- Data refresh rate: This report's data is updated nightly. It will be updated by 6 a.m. at your institution's data center time. The data will be "as of" the end of the previous day.
- Data history start date: Data since the institution started using WMS Circulation
- Default date range: The last 30 days
- Report type: Interactive

Filters
Slicers
The Circulation Events Detail report visual has two slicers that can be applied. Both slicers are set to All by default.
- Event Type - Select one or more of the available values to update the report visual. The available values depend on the data returned in your institution's report.
- Item Material Format - Select one or more of the available values to update the report visual. The available values will depend on your institution's holdings.

The Circulation Events Detail report contains the following columns. Click on a column name for more information.

- Item Permanent Shelving Location
- Item Temporary Shelving Location
- Item Renewal Count
- Event Borrower Category
- Event Patron Membership Start Date

- Patron Barcode
You can click a column name to change the column sort.
- Click once to sort the column in ascending order.
- Click twice to sort the column in descending order.
- Click three times to restore the column to its original order.
