This information can be found by downloading the Circulation Item Inventories report from the OCLC file exchange SFTP server. You will need an open-source SFTP client, such as FileZilla, to access the SFTP server. If you need your OCLC file exchange server credentials, please contact OCLC Support.
The report is a tab-delimited .txt file and can be found in the /xfer/wms/reports directory of the SFTP server. Import the file into Excel and use the sort and filter functions to filter the data by shelving location. A new report is added every Sunday, so keep in mind that very recent items may not appear on the report. The report contains only items with barcodes.
