Why does the error "User record not found" appear when attempting to sign in to WMS?

This error message indicates that the idAtSource field in the patron account isn't matching with what is being sent from the third-party authentication system. Make sure that the patron is typing in their username exactly as it appears in the idAtSource field. Please note that this value is case sensitive.
If it still doesn't work, verify that the idAtSource field in the WorldShare account matches the unique attribute the IdP is sending. This unique attribute will change depending on your IdP. It could be the NameID, UserID, etc. Check with your IT department to confirm.
If the idAtSource field matches, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol, contact information for your authentication administrator or IT department, and the username of the patron who is unable to sign in.
