- You sometimes receive an invalid request 403 error in addition to the page not found errors above

Resolution
This message can indicate that there's an issue with the email address on your WorldShare account. Confirm there's an email address listed in the Library Record section of the user's profile, using the instructions below:
- Log in to WorldShare
- Access the Admin module
- Search for the account you are trying to log in with
- Click the Edit button on the Basic User Data tab
- Add a working email address to the Library Record section and mark it as primary
- Click Save
- Have the user try to access WorldShare again
If this does not resolve the issue, or if an email address is already present in the Library Record section of the WorldShare user profile, the issue could be with the browser's cache and cookies, or the bookmark or URL. Try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies for all time
- Open WorldShare in an incognito/private browser window
- Open WorldShare in a browser you don't typically use
- Open WorldShare using a clean link:
- WorldShare: https://[REGISTRY-ID].share.worldcat.org/wms
If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support with a screenshot of the message along with the name and user name of the user who is impacted.
