Why am I receiving a "Missing or Invalid Pickup Location" error when submitting an ILL request via the request forms?

Resolution
This error occurs when an unsupported character is entered in the Pickup Location name. Only alphanumeric and parentheses should be entered.
This error can also occur when no location code is added to the pickup location. Add location codes to your pickup locations, save your changes, and try to submit a request.
