I appear as a Supplier on a title when my Policies Directory Supplier setting is turned off

Symptom

• Your library comes up as a supplier for a title in WorldCat  even though you have the supplier setting on the Profile tab turned off in the Policies Directory.

Resolution

Contact OCLC Support with your library symbol, the OCN for the title, the date you found it and an image of the Supplier setting on the Profile tab turned off in the Policies Directory.
