Symptom

  • This message appears when trying to send an email: Unable to send email, please try again. emailBodyHasHTML

Resolution

This error can occur if there is something that looks like HTML code in the email body. For example, arrow brackets (< >). Please try removing those characters and re-sending the message. If the error still shows, contact OCLC Support with the request ID number and the error message.
