About WorldShare Interlibrary Loan

Overview

WorldShare Interlibrary Loan provides functionality that speeds fulfillment of interlibrary loan requests to save time for your staff and users.

Within the WorldShare interface, navigate to Interlibrary Loan.

In this area, you can:

1. Search for active or closed requests.
2. Use the Quick links section to navigate to:
   • The OCLC Policies Directory
   • The OCLC Service Configuration
     • Review your WorldShare Interlibrary Loan module settings.
   • OCLC Usage Statistics
   • OCLC Article Exchange
   • OCLC Community Center
3. View the turnaround time for your borrowing and lending requests
4. Discover items for requests.
5. Manage Borrowing Requests.
6. Manage Lending Requests.
7. Review Purchasing Requests.
8. Review Off-System Requests.
9. View the Print Queue.
