I get an error when trying to retrieve my IFM Report
Symptom
- I am trying to retrieve the past couple of months IFM report data without much success.
Once I have inserted my dates and clicked “Generate Report” it takes me to a blank screen.

Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:
- Contact your local IT and ask them to make the current versions of Adobe Reader available to you.
- Contact OCLC Support who can provide the information on an interim basis.
Additional information
- When running the IFM Monthly Report, you need to do so a month at a time and using the handy calendar feature will make this quicker
