How can we view all lending requests, including deflections?

To view all requests, including those that have been automatically deflected, visit the Usage Statistics site. You will need to examine a couple of reports:
1. **Resource Sharing Lender Reasons for No Report** - This report includes each "Reason for No" sent from your library.
2. **Lender Resource Sharing Stats Report** - This report provides a detailed overview of all requests processed by your library's system in a given month, organized by transaction.
3. Or the **Lender Activity Overview Report** - This report displays the total number of requests received by your library within a specified month.
