When ILL Request Transfer is used to transfer requests from a third-party system to Tipasa, there is no option to link a patron record to the borrowing request in Tipasa.
  • To successfully link patron records to a transferred request, place your cursor in the patron ID field, press the space key, and then press the Delete/Backspace key.  
  • You should then see a list of available patron records listed below the field.
  • Select the patron you wish to link to the request.  Selecting the patron links the account. You no longer need to go to a search results screen to do this.

When sending an email from within a request, the Send to field responds with "Send to (email) is required," even when a valid email has been added.  
  • Press the Return/Enter key after adding the Send to email. After pressing the Enter key, if valid, the email address will be changed into a "chip" and the email can then be sent successfully.

When requesting a second renewal, the current date displays the original request due date instead of the latest approved renewal due date.

Borrowing requests transferred from a third-party system to Tipasa/WSILL are not maintaining or displaying the Transferred Request ID field in the request details.
  • The transferred Request ID is listed in the Request History.

When sending manual notifications in Tipasa (via the email button), if the Send to email address is added after adding additional text, the additional text is deleted when sending the notification.

Borrowing request forms in the new interface have the "issue date" field name translated incorrectly in Dutch, German, and Spanish
