What happens in ILLiad when an institution is on a lender string twice?

When we see an OCLC symbol in a lender string twice, there are usually two things that can happen:

1. If they are next to each other in the string, ILLiad will make one request, but with extra time to fill it.
   String example: ABC, ABC, ABC, DEF. In this example, ABC would have three times the normal amount of time to fill this request.
2. If they are not next to each other in the string, ILLiad will make a second request.
   String example: ABC, DEF, ABC, GHI, ABC. In this example, ABC could end up with three separate ILLiad requests.
