Unable to Open a PDF in the ILLiad Client
Symptom
- Cannot Open a PDF
Applies to
- When processing Electronic Delivery in Borrowing or Lending in ILLiad
Resolution
- Save the file causing the trouble as a Word Document.
- Open the Word document and then save it as PDF file.
Additional information
This process will recreate the PDF file and remove any corruption.
