Opening a Transaction in ILLiad and Nothing Happens
Symptom
- When opening a transaction nothing happens

Resolution
Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:
- Check the task bar to see if the item was minimized by mistake.
- Right click on the item and select maximize.
- Then resize the item to the normal size

It should then open and close correctly.
