I updated the ILLiad Client to 9.1.5, but now the Database Manager is giving me an error message about the log4net when I try to open the Database Manager
Symptom
- After upgrading the ILLiad Client to 9.1.5.0, the Database Manager is getting an error message about log4net and the Database Manager will not open

Resolution
When you upgraded the ILLiad Client to 9.1.5.0, it removed the log4net file that the Database Manager uses, so here is what you need to do:
- The Web Server needs to be upgraded to the latest version.
- If you are hosted by OCLC, then please contact OCLC Support to request the upgrade.
- After the upgrade is complete, you will be able to use the Database Manager.
