We set our OCLC Supplier Status to No but still get Rapid requests in ILLiad
Symptom
- Your library's OCLC Supplier Status is set to No, or Closure hours are in effect, but you still get Rapid requests.

Resolution
The OCLC Supplier Status and Closures are handled in the OCLC Policies Directory, but Rapid does not access that information. Rapid has a feature called Lending Off Times which functions similarly. Contact Rapid for information on how to set this up.
