I am having an issue with the Article Exchange requests in ILLiad showing up as Odyssey Document Received

Symptom

• You keep on seeing the ILLiad Transaction Status "Odyssey Document Received" for Borrowing requests that were sent to you through Article Exchange

Resolution

To fix this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Server and to the C:\illiad\Odyssey\receive\ folder.
2. Right-click on the ArticleExchange folder and choose Properties.
3. Go to the Security Tab and choose Edit.
4. Select the Users Group and choose Full Control under Allow.
5. Choose OK.
6. Route the request that was at "Odyssey Document Received" to "Awaiting Odyssey Processing."
7. Process Electronic Delivery.

The request should show up in the Review Box.  You should now be able to deliver items through Article Exchange.
