ILLiad emails are going out from outdated email addresses

Symptom

• Emails are going out with an older email address in the "from" field, perhaps from someone no longer working there

Applies to

• ILLiad

Resolution

Open the Customization Manager and search for these keys:

1. LocalInfo
2. EmailFromName
3. EmailNoAccountAddress
4. DocDelEmailFromAddress
5. EmailFromAddress
6. LendingEmailFromAddress

Updating the information in those tables and keys should resolve the issue, but you can also check the Email Templates in the Customization Manager.
