Why do I get the Host Message "No integration profile found" when exporting records to Alma?

Answer

The message "No integration profile found for institution ..." is coming from Alma, and it is caused by your institution zone configuration having more than one Connexion integration profile. You should only have one Connexion integration profile.

If you have questions about the configuration or which profile to retain, contact your Alma administrator or Alma support.
