Why am I not receiving emailed reports from WorldShare Collection Manager?

First, confirm the emails are not being directed to your spam/junk mail folders. 

If the emails are not present in your spam/junk folders, confirm that the authorization code you have provided is a valid cataloging or admin authorization. 

If this does not resolve the issue, confirm with your email administrator or IT team that your email system is not blocking emails from Usage_Statistics@oclc.org. You could also try adding an email address outside of your institution. This way, if your library is blocking OCLC emails, you will still receive notifications.
