When batch processing holdings by OCLC number, the batch process window closes and holdings are not updated.

Symptom

  • When using Batch > Holdings by OCLC Number, after importing or entering OCLC numbers and clicking "OK", the batch process window closes without processing the batch.

Resolution

This could be due to the default authorization number and password you have provided. Go to Tools > Options > Authorizations and confirm that the authorization and password provided are correct. 

If this does not resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support.
