The error you’re experiencing may be due to an Office incompatibility. Please send us a screenshot of your Office, About window. To do this:
1. Open Word or Excel.
2. Open a blank Word doc or blank Excel worksheet.
3. Click File > Account > About.
Please send a screenshot of that window. It should identify the Office version and bit size.
