How to apply constant data in batch in Connexion

Applies to

  • Connexion

Answer

There are two ways to apply constant data in bulk.

Option 1: Select all records and apply constant data

If you already have the records saved in your local save file or online save file, highlight all the records you want to apply your constant data to (or press Ctrl + A to select all), and then press Ctrl + Y to apply your default constant data.

Option 2: Use batch processing

To apply constant data during batch processing, go to Batch > Process Batch, and click Search Options at the bottom. In the next window, you can check the box to apply your default bibliographic constant data. Click OK, then OK again to process. If you want to apply constant data during batch searching, be sure to also choose Online Searches in the Process Batch window.
