How can I download files from the Website Configuration tool?

Answer
You can download files that have previously been uploaded by going into either the Global Settings > Custom > Custom Pages tab or the Collection-level Settings > Custom > Custom Pages tab and clicking on the Manage files button. Once there, find your file. When you hover your mouse over it, a new window will open up with a little circle with a downward-facing arrow inside it. That is the download button.
