Improved report performance
You should notice faster load times and improved responsiveness across the above 19 existing Power BI reports from their previous Power BI version, helping you complete reporting tasks more efficiently. Testing showed an average of 25% faster render times. Previously, these reports could take longer to load and interact with.
Utilize Acquisitions report updates to analyze open access article processing charges (APCs)
In support of open access article processing charges (APCs) released in WorldShare Acquisitions in March 2026, you can now filter selected reports by Resource Metadata Type. This will allow you to view your expenditures filtered for these types, including Open Access Requests. The new filter replaced the existing Invoice Item Product Type slicer on the following reports:
- Payment Activity Analysis
- Title Copy Payment Detail
In addition, the Resource Metadata Type has been added as a new column in the Title Copy Payment Detail report and in the drill-through detail of the Payment Activity Analysis report.
