My report designer is missing features that I see displayed in the training video. How do I get those features turned on?

Symptom

• In the training videos the word "Design" appears as a menu on the top right of the tool bar.
• In my instance of Report Designer, there is no "Design" menu on the tool bar.

Your user account does not have the Analytics Report Author role assigned.

1. Contact a user at your institution with the assigned role of Analytics Report Author Admin to add the Analytics Report Author role to your user account
2. Contact OCLC Support and have them add that role to your account.
