I'm a WMS library, why do I only get blank data returned when I try to create a report using the E-Resources universe?

Symptom

• No data is returned when you create a report using the E-resources universe.

Resolution

The E-resources data stems from data pulled in via SUSHI using License Manager. You must have a subscription for License Manager and some data successfully downloaded from SUSHI servers to use it.
