I am not returning the funds I expect in my Payment Activity by Fund report.

You may be running the report for the wrong budget year. Please check to see whether you have closed earlier budgets. If you have not, your current budget may not be the current year.

  1. In WorldShare Acquisitions, navigate to Budgets. Select a budget and click Edit.
  2. Check the upper right corner of the screen for the Close Budget button. If it is greyed out, you have already closed the budget. If it isn't, you can close the budget.

If you do not wish to close the earlier budget, you can still run a report for the budget immediately following the current one by choosing BOOKABLE instead of CURRENT.
