How do I find the search parameters of a Shared Report Template?

Answer
After you've found and run a Shared Report Template, click on the Design button in the top right corner. This will make extra icon buttons appear in the top left side of the screen.
Click on the icon that looks like a pencil and a yellow trash can (if you hover your mouse over the icon, it will say "Edit Data Provider").
This will take you to the result objects and query filters.
