If an item is not showing updated data (e.g. Material Format) after a recent change to the WorldCat record, try resaving the item in Circulation. Resaving the item may help refresh the record to update the data in Analytics.
Once the item is resaved, the data should be updated after an overnight update. Check the desired report after the overnight refresh to see if the data was correctly updated. If it was not updated as you'd expect, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol, the barcode of the item, and the data that is showing incorrectly.
