Reschedule a notification

Learn how to reschedule a notification in WorldShare Circulation.

If changes are made to a policy, manually reschedule the notifications at the policy level.  

To reschedule a notification

  1. Click the Reschedule button Circulation_reschedule_button.png in the Actions column on the policy screens.
  2. Choose the notification type.
  3. Click Confirm. 

From the Loan Policy screen, the available notifications for rescheduling are:

  • Loan due date reminder
  • Loan overdue noification
  • Restricted loan due date reminder
  • Restricted loan overdue notice
  • Recall due date reminder
  • Recall overdue notice

From the Long Overdue and Lost Policies screen, the available notification for rescheduling is:

  • Loan long overdue notification.

 Note: Not all notification types allow for the rescheduling option due to their being sent based on a triggering event.
