SIP2 Custom Messages
Use this screen to customize messages to patrons when using SIP2 integration with WorldShare Circulation.
To access this screen, sign in Service Configuration, open the WMS Circulation left navigation, select Integrations, and then select the SIP2 Custom Messages link.
Overview
Use this screen to customize the notification messages to patrons.
- Scenario: The instance that will display the text.
- Message: The text the patron sees when the scenario is triggered.
- Customised: Indicates whether the message is Customised or Not Customised.
Change a message
- Click on the Scenario you want to change.
- Enter custom text to display for the scenario.
Note: Default text appears in gray and will turn black once it has been edited.
- Click Save.
