Why is the amount in the Total Fund Budget column in our Budget double what it is supposed to be?

The Total Fund Budget column of the parent fund adds together the subfund lines below and to the side in the Budgeted column. It adds together the Budgeted amounts for the parent fund itself and all the subfunds.
If there are subfunds under the drop-down menu for a particular fund that contain dollar amounts, the amount in the Budgeted column for the parent fund should be 0.00. This will stop the Total Fund Budget column from displaying an incorrect amount.
