Learn how to use the Option ProxyByHostname config.txt directive to specify that EZproxy should operate in proxy by hostname.

Option ProxyByHostname specifies that EZproxy should operate in proxy by hostname.

Option ProxyByHostname is a non-repeatable position-independent config.txt directive.
