Problembeschreibung

• Die Anmeldung am Dashboard funktioniert nicht.
• Die folgende Meldung erscheint in den BIBLIOTHECAnext-Protokollen:

Error receiving HTTP response for https://library:16083/IDashboardService/. This could be because the service endpoint binding is not using the HTTP protocol. Erläuterung:

• Das Verhalten geht zurück auf ein Windows-Update:
  2025-10 Kumulatives Update für .NET Framework 3.5 und 4.8.1 für Windows 11, Version 24H2 für x64 (KB5066131) macht Probleme mit "localhost" Anwendungen

Lösung:

1. Das Update wieder deinstallieren.

   Um dieses Problem zu beheben, sollte es in den meisten Fällen ausreichen, KB2267602 zu installieren (sollte in Windows Update verfügbar sein, wenn Sie eine Überprüfung erzwingen) und einen Neustart durchzuführen.
