I can't access FirstSearch COUNTER reports from before March 2025
Symptom
- You are accessing your organization's COUNTER reports and cannot filter to a year prior to 2025

Resolution
COUNTER 5.1 reports are available for March 2025 and subsequent months. To get data from before March 2025, use the dropdown that says "PR - Platform Master Report" to select a COUNTER 5.0 report. Once a COUNTER 5.0 report is selected, you should have the option to now filter to a year prior to 2025.
