  1. Go to OCLC Customer support's ticketing system here: https://oclc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us 
  2. If you have already emailed support@oclc.org in the past, click on "Get a password"
  3. if you have a password, but have forgotten it, click on "Forgot my password"
