How can I get an account to see support tickets I've sent to OCLC Customer support?

You can sign up for an account on OCLC Customer Support's ticketing system here: https://oclc.zendesk.com
- If you've emailed OCLC Support in the past, select View my current requests, then click Get a Password.

If you haven't emailed OCLC Support, select View my current requests, and click Sign up.
After you've created your account, the URL to log in to see your tickets is: https://oclc.zendesk.com
