Resolution

This issue is commonly related to a previously cached Single Sign-On (SSO) session. Here are the steps to resolve it:

  1. Restart the Browser or Machine. Often, simply restarting the user's browser or machine can resolve the issue.

  2. Check the Link. Ensure the user is using the correct link and not a bookmarked or corrupt link with extra parameters.

  3. Disable Browser Extensions. If the problem persists, try disabling browser extensions or test with a different browser.
