Why can't I see the availability for a print book on an eBook record of the same title in Discovery?

First, check if the Group editions and formats setting is checked or unchecked by going to OCLC Service ConfigurationWorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > Search Settings.

If the Group editions and formats setting is unchecked,  the availability information for physical copies of a title will not display on the eBook record. If editions are ungrouped, they will be listed separately with each record showing its individual availability information. 

If the Group editions and formats setting is checked, the OCLC Service Configuration > WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > OPAC Statuses, Locations and Circulation Policies > Item Availability from OPAC > Display physical item availability on electronic item search results check box for that electronic item type must be checked for the print item's availability to show.
