Unable to save Course Reserve edits

Symptom
  • When attempting to save after making Course Description changes get the error message "Request Rejected: The Requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."

Resolution

Unable to save Course Reserve after updating course description.

  1. Check the Course Description for semicolons (;) in the text.
  2. Replace semicolons (;) with colons (:) {or periods(.)}.
  3. Save Course Reserve again.
Additional information

Make changes to the course description, replace semicolons; then send changes to members for them to copy+paste. Do not refer to the specifics of the issue. WorldCat Discovery Team does not want to create a JIRA as this may not get solved.
