A-Z records are displaying "Fulfillment is not available"
Symptom
- Under "Request a copy" on an A-Z record, you see a message that reads "Fulfillment is not available"
- A fulfillment button is not surfacing on an A-Z record

Resolution
Confirm that you have enabled the fulfillment button to display in your settings:
- Sign in to OCLC Service Configuration.
- Go to WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > A-Z List and OCLC Link Resolver > Display Options.
- Confirm that "Display fulfillment button" is enabled.
- If you make changes, click Save.
