A-Z records are displaying "Fulfillment is not available"

Symptom

  • Under "Request a copy" on an A-Z record, you see a message that reads "Fulfillment is not available"
  • A fulfillment button is not surfacing on an A-Z record

Applies to

  • WorldCat Discovery
  • A-Z List

Resolution

Confirm that you have enabled the fulfillment button to display in your settings:

  1. Sign in to OCLC Service Configuration.
  2. Go to WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > A-Z List and OCLC Link Resolver > Display Options.
  3. Confirm that "Display fulfillment button" is enabled.
  4. If you make changes, click Save.

 

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with a screenshot of the error message and the URL of the A-Z record.
