Why can't I find my library in the WorldCat search?

Symptom 

The library search (Discover Libraries near you) for your library on Worldcat.org does not return any results.

  • Worldcat.org / Library search "Discover Libraries near you"

Answer

In order for your library to appear in a WorldCat.org libraries search, your library must have a subscription that includes WorldCat Visibility. If you have one of these subscriptions and your library still is not showing up in the library search results, please contact OCLC Support.
