Why is a catalog search not returning expected results in Capira?
Symptom
- Searches are not returning expected results
- Known titles are missing from the search results
- Titles that should return results are returning no results

Resolution
Make sure that your institution is not blocking traffic from the IP addresses listed here.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with the following information:
- An example search, including keywords used and any limiters selected for Material, Format, Library, Sort, Collection, etc.
- Example titles that are missing from the search, as well as a link to the expected search in your OPAC.
